Seeing as how the Edo Tensei bodies are pretty much just a bunch of dirt and ash in the shape of a person, I don't see how Tsunade would enjoy it much.
I also want to note that Sasori doesn't have his puppet body and Kakuzu doesn't have any extra heart.

We don't know, though it would is likely, since that'd make one Kage per village except for Leaf (which has the small problem of 4 out of 5 being in a death god and the last being alive).

You'd think he'd have brought back.. the what 3rd Kazekage? Whatever one that Sasori had the body of. If he was bringing back the strongest. Though maybe we will get to see how good Gaara's dad is.
