TEMARI is not from KONOHA! Even if she were, Anko is from Konoha, as well, destroying the idea of "favorite from Konoha" versus "favorite overall."

I believe it was Kento that I was arguing about the resurrecteds' bodies. He said that they are immortal, and I said that they can be destroyed by means other than removing and sealing the souls. It looks like I was wrong, but I am still not holding out. There's got to be a way to defeat them. I thought that vaporizing the mud that they bodies are made of, would do the trick. (A blast from the Kyuubi or Hachibi, for instance.) The "mud" can't reform if it is also turned into to really fine carbon powder!

I wouldn't be surprised if Kishi brings up another weakness that ET has which we do not currently know about, but I don't think vaporizing them entirely would work.
The two Hokages have had their arm and leg blown off, and it just reformed. Personally, I'd think that new dirt/ash/mud would just surround the vessel if the original dirt/ash/mud was dispersed/destroyed.

That would work. Kankuro mentions that immobilizing the body would stop them. Sealing the body completely (akin to Totsuka) should work as well.
