Traps are fine but not that special. Poison is deadly but it is also a double edged sword.
It didn't seem to be a pre-laid one though, he just made tags grab 'em.
And it's less a double-edge sword against him, it's only a problem when super-concentrated.
And Chiyo and Tsunade obviously discovered the antidote so it can't be that complex.
They're both really, really good though. Not that many can probably do what they do.
So I would leave him at S due to few showings and his Achilles' Heel.
Yea. I'm guessing he might be one of the stronger Ss when allowed to used ninjutsu, though.
I am kinda wondering if I jumped the gun on Mifune being S though. Sure, he's got top-level taijutsu and enough speed to prevent use of ninjutsu, but is that enough to put him above S-? That is, he might be able to use it to fight evenly and even defeat S-classes, but is his overall impact and abilities comparable? Most S-classes have a much wider range of powers after all.
Well the samurai in general have less skill than all the ninja seen so far. Even giving Mifune the likely ability to use blade beams like weaker samurai have been seen using might not warrant an S ranking.
But then again, samurai are different than ninja. Trained differently, live in their own little world. I can't imagine how much training a samurai would go through but from what we've seen they don't seem to go through as much. So I don't know if judging a samurai on variety is exactly fair.
I would leave him at S if it were me. Your call though.
pretty good chapter. didn't know Hanzo thought like that. my opinion of him has changed quite a bit since he was first introduced.
hmm, I'd say Mifune could be about A rank. sure he put up a fight against Hanzo and Hanzo took on the sanin and won, but I don't really think Hanzo was fully utilizing his skill set.
So...Hanzo's not a dick? Still, I think there should've been more fighting in this round, even without Hanzo's jutsus. Mifune will still die horribly against the awesomeness that is Chiyo...I hope.
Mifune's speed is pretty impressive although I'd kind of compare him to Hidan in that regard; don't ask how I came to this conclusion because I still don't know.

Spoiler:awesome
Nope, it just stops them cold. And please, Tsunade will think she has taken her down but Chiyo will just psyche her out by playing dead. Please, it is Sasori who got easy. Chiyo obviously could not fight full force against her grandson.
I figured as much. *sigh* Then again, a war has a lot of potential for good filler if handled properly.
I am an attention whore but damn it, I just want to feel loved! cry
Sexually? Nahh. He hasn't even started experimenting with himself yet.
Depends on your viewpoint. From the story time-line perspective, Kushina. From the other two viewpoints (plot time-line, character creation), Naruto. So basically, Naruto. 😛
Spoiler:
Meh, that's only if it hits Tsunade, which it won't. Nah, Tsunade's smart enough to not fall for that. She'll just sic Katsuyu on Chiyo
But had Sakura to even the odds.
True enough. I would like the battles to be extended, or to learn more about the key players.
There there. flomp

Well, the chapter's out in full.Spoiler:
Interesting that Hanzo showed resistance to the control, but didn't have a revelation of a scale to free him.It looks like Tsunade was *very* necessary to the Sannin surviving against him. Between Chiyo and Hanzo, Konoha really needed medics.
Oh, poor Choji.
Now that we know more of his power, how do we rate him? And Mifune, for that matter?
Mifune belongs in A+, or S- IMO. Just speed and great kendo skills certainly do not warrant a place in S.
Hanzo should go in S-. We didn't see him use any Ninjutsu, but the 'current' Hanzo was implied to be weaker than he once was, i.e. not at his strongest.

Not in terms of lost abilities or chakra or anything, though. Just a small loss that comes from a fearful heart.

He's 15.
Cool, Naruto is more important to the plot. Kushina is still better.
Spoiler:
She has a seal on the ground that will make he stand still. Bwahahaha.
Sakura does not even the odds when Chiyo is emo.
Aww thank you.

So it looks like the talisman is still "around" and not absorbed. If word gets out that they are controlled by the talisman in their neck/base of the head, then the "good guys" could turn the army against Kabuto/Madara.

In fact, before Sakura, I would say that those were the only two that could have.
I think I like Hanzo, more, now.

They know this. 😮
