there is also the point to remember that most ninjas seen so far can only really handle two elements plus any specialised ninjustu or kekai genkai. sarutoni only used fire and earth, uro has only really used earth element, tsunade has used electricity, jiraya i think earth, kakashi water and electricity, sasuke fire and electricity, itachi fire, kisame water, diedara earth, gaara earth, haku wind and water, naruto wind, zabuza water, yamato/first earth and water, second water etc etc.
. the only other ones whove used more i think is that partner of the immortal dude with the masks who cud use and combine elements from every1 he took a heart from. and that is a special ability.so howcome sarutobi knew every technique in konoha when he canonly really use earth and fire? plus, urochimaru is trying to master all just, yet how can that be when he can probably also only use two elements. same with the shaaringan,. how does it copy a technique that the users elements dont match with{also these days, the technique copying aspect of the sharingan is COMPLETELY being written out by kishi, when infact its a VERY powerful ability if u think about it}.
for example, the cursed seal from juugo and i suspect he took stuff from all the members of hebi, so it is possible (if he is not truely dead) that new technique could turn up from him. heck, he always finds who he is looking for right? maybe he took some dna from karin...
