Naruto surpassed his father in Jutsus, sure. But not in battle smarts/tactics. His reflexes were shown to be on par with his father's. Anyone who denies that is a giant Raikage fanboy. Kishimoto made that scene sequence specifically to show us that Naruto was now on par with his father. If people still disagree...then I can just say that Raikage has gotten better since he fought Minato and that makes Naruto "surpassing" of his father.

But, yes, I'd say that Naruto is a more dangerous ninja than his father, at this point...but due to a lack of S/T jutsu, Minato still wins.

Sasuke can't have it: Itachi has it. They are unique items.

It's possible that he develops an S/T jutsu...but there's no indication that it can happen.

Naruto's power output makes that of Minato's look like a child's in comparison. Plus they are likely equals in speed now, with Minato prolly having the overall edge due to FTG. Naruto's definitely surpassed him on certain fronts like you said. Similarly, both Orochimaru and Madara have noted that Sasuke can surpass Itachi when it comes to the Sharingan.

Unless Itachi's somehow passed them on. If it is tied to his MS/genes, then the weapons could definitely have been passed on, and still appear when he was summoned by ET.
Not saying that that happened, but it is a possibility in this manga.

There was no indication that Kakashi would develop a broken S/T jutsu. It happened. No indication that Itachi would be able to use one of the most broken jutsus in the series, capable of stopping uber-powerful Lightning Bolts with an item it has. It happened. No indication that Sasuke would be able to reshape Amaterasu's flames. It happened. This is the infamous magical eyeball we're talking about, and Sasuke has taken it to a level not shown on-screen in the manga.

That worked for Danzo against Sasuke's.

Naruto using speed and Rasenshuriken might be a major threat to Itachi, nothing has better cutting than rasenshuriken.

Rasenshuriken doesn't really cut up its targets when it hits though, at least not in the traditional way. Still, cutting through giant tree mountains, uber.

But I'd wager Itachi would be able to turn around quickly enough. Danzou was a couple of feet away from Sasuke after he used his Vacuum blades, and Sasuke was still able to hit him with Susano'o's fist.

He just overwhelmed them with sheer force.

The only smart thing he did in that battle was summoning that toad to sit on them, which I've maintained he should have been doing ever since he learned to summon Gamabunta.

The thing is too many things would've been resolved and thus events occuring because of them wouldn't have happened. I mean Sasuke would've been beaten at the VotE and in a asylum assuming ninja villages have those.

Well I'm not so sure a normal one would work and probably hadn't thought up throwing a Mini Rasenshuriken(another BS technique IMO) at him.

Naruto is now in the same situation he was with when comparing him to Jiraiya while using Sage Mode. Sure Naruto was more powerful but Jiraiya was still more versatile

So basically, PIS? I prefer to see it as both PIS & CIS, seeing as Naruto never summoned a Toad in battle, with the exception of the Gaara fight.
Also, VoTE Sasuke would KO any Boss Toad with his left foot.

He has tricks to hit his opponents with Rasenshuriken. They would work against someone who's all brawn but no brain, like A.

Yeah. Minato's got the edge in skill due to his S/T techs, tactics, and speed due to FTG. Naruto's got power with his Rasengan techs and his Rasenshuriken. Ultimately though, I'd choose Minato over Naruto in one-on-one combat.

Seriously, even if Madara didn't see that, you gotta think that Zetsu, who has phenomenal sensing abilities connected to the earth, might have noticed.

The chakra arms also upped Naruto's flexibility.

White Zetsu's spores are already on Kabuto. I think that would make things much more easier. Chakra drain + incapacitation + tell Madara everything.
But yeah, that was lulzy.

So wait...what do the white spores do for Madara other than giving Madara a way to kill Kabuto?

Kabuto obviously has a bargaining chip that nullifies the spores. So what is it other than the body and "that other jutsu"?
