You can't just judge a ninja on brute strength. I'm not saying he needs to be a master tactician, but he does not even have the skill set to do more than spam clones and hope a rasengan hits. Unless someone is underestimating Naruto, they can't lose. The only way to **** up is say, "Sasuke" and then he gets emotional and turns into a four-tail.

Gai is a close-range fighter who packs a massive punch and he is one of the fastest ninja in the manga. Each of his attacks utilize charka through taijutsu, but Gai sets up opponents. When he fought that Kisame clone, he didn't just run blindly each time towards Kisame. He specializes in taijutsu so he is much more equipped to deal with that.

Naruto LITERALLY just runs at people full speed. He makes a thousand clones against Kimiraro (bone guy, forget how to spell) and none of the cones even sweep the guy! He's on his feet the entire time! I can't think of any ninja that could make even 20 clones and at least put him in an odd position that gets a lick in.

Think about it: beyond that one time when Garra was in that half-way transformed mode (and he held Sakura down) when is a time that Naruto used the massive clone jutsu and even hit his opponent (that massive whirlwind clone tech was filler in the anime) ?

* Oh please don't name Kakazu. That was just stupid. That was a mass underestimation of Naruto. Seriously, who could that have hit besides him? Sigh, anyway...

You act like him turning 4-tailed would loose him the fight...That would actually make it worse on nearly everybody besides the top Ninja up there with the Sanin or Yamato because he's got the special ability. And when Naruto uses Kyuubi he never fights with shadow clones. He didn't against Neji after his chakra was cut off, he didn't against Sasuke, he didn't against Orochimaru. That still doesn't change the fact that he's tricked a few people with his shadow clones into thinking one of the shadow clones was the real one. He's a trickster which has shown with the stunts he's pulled with the shadow clones.

Kyuubi Naruto packs a punch to, and is actually fast unlike Naruto using his own chakra. Just because Naruto is slow when he's using his own chakra doesn't mean much when he hardly ever fights using his own chakra. When you're fast enough to blitz a person skill really isn't important.

Against Kimimaro Naruto wasn't really thinking about Kimimaro. He was just trying to get Sasuke. Kimimaro was just in the way of a emotional Naruto who had his mind on Sasuke instead of on the fight. Naruto showed he's got some skill in the Sasuke vs Naruto fight.

He hit Kidomaru by tricking him with clones caught in his web, he's hit Neji by tricking him with clones, Kiba was owned by a few clones. But what do clones really matter..Naruto does his best fighting without them.

No one can do ninja shit in their jinchiruchi mode. If he does not go kyubi, he is average.

Geez man, understand the point. He is only fighting top class ninja. Why would I talk about genin-class? All of them (top class ninja) can wipe the floor with him as he is now.

What does ninja techniques have to do with TenTen winning or not?

Naruto can do jutsu while in a tailed-state...He's done Rasengan. Unless I'm missing what you mean We do agree with how he is without Kyuubi though.

The top Ninja would wipe the floor with Sasuke or Kakashi or any of the others so what are you getting at? Naruto can beat any genin, any chunin, and most Jonin. Hokage's, Sanin, and the strongest of the Akatsuki are on a whole different level than anybody.

Sasuke is a hack, so I don't agree.

Kakashi can hold his own and there are hardly any ninja who can just kill him (because he can use every element and he is just crafty).

Naruto, I can think of more than 10 ninja who could kill him without much thought. Again, he is only fighting the ninja I am thinking of so why even bring lower ninja into the discussion? His skillset is poor. Fighting in the manga is about skillset (or at least it was pre-timeskip). He is lacking speed, variety of jutsu (which also means he can only fight certain sorts of battles; look at how he tried to hit Madara three times with Rasengan - duh it's not gonna work...), but has massive stamina and charka. That only goes so far though. This is likely going to change in the next month with some crazy, unforseen powerup Kishi has in store...

Okay let me put it this way....Anybody that can beat Naruto should also be able to wipe the floor with Sasuke if you take away the whole jobber aura that Sasuke's had lately. As for Kakashi..he'd never stand a chance against any Kage, or Sanin much less the top dogs in Akatsuki.

10? Are they all alive? I can think of more than 10 but a good lot of them are all dead, and ones more than likely dead but nobody really knows yet. He's not lacking speed though. He's got that when he uses Kyuubi's chakra which is part of his skillset, and like I said nearly everybody in Naruto has very limited jutsu variety and even if they are suppose to have a lot they stick with a few major attacks. The only thing Naruto lacks is brains. Besides Naruto wasn't the only person constantly attack Madara in that fight even though they couldn't hit him. Shino was the only one who could do anything to him, and he wasn't the strongest there. Naruto is just the close-range fighter along with the likes of Neji, Lee, and Gai he just lacks their skill. Naruto's massive stamina and chakra combined with his the fact he'll do whatever to protect the ones he cares for has helped him a lot in the past, and gotten him far. Why would it change? Naruto has only shown half the power he could have anyway. Releasing more of the fox would give him a huge power up. If he just was the littlest bit skilled he or smart he'd be a deadly opponent even without Kyuubi.

*laughs* Yea that's pretty much why Sasuke is a idiot. He never bothers to think stuff through. At least when Naruto doesn't think stuff through it's usually for the best while Sasuke seems to go the wrong way.

Or well you could look at it a different way...Itachi was loyal to the village and he hated his brother so why not attack the place he tried to protect while avenging his clan.

Because it basically makes your brothers sacrifice and death utterly pointless.

Imo I think it would be hard for Sasuke to care about his brother or what his brother did at all even after what he found out. I mean Itachi still killed the whole clan, tortured him twice with Tsukiyomi, and then there is the whole hating him unhealthly for just about ten years.

Really? I don't see it. Looks a whole lot like one of Itachi's birds he always uses in genjutsu. That and the feather above Naruto's eye.
