Probably not.

I don't get the hype. Sure, it's a good tech. But long range attacks or AoE attacks would probably present a problem for it.

It would be very interesting to see how the tech would work against Kage Mane. awesome

Sasuke's wondering how he lost to Lee was the best moment by far during that fight.

Actually, all that is required is the full Biju form. Yugito should be able to do it as well. Naruto did it in a mere 4-tails form, so not even the full manifestation is needed. I think you are wrong.

yeah man, back when the manga wasn't about an arms race between sasuke and naruto, with everyone else just being exp characters for them to get stronger by for their inevitable showdown.

Indeed. Bee cannot use the Menacing Ball when he's using a similar transformation, i.e. V2.
