Not quite S class criminals. Not quite low-level As, either. So they are A+, at the most until proven otherwise.
Kakashi seems to have taken care of business so A+ might be pushing it. Is this a time that we have to use the anime to know for sure? Like for Mr. Bubble Pops, we had no idea how strong he was until he fought Naruto and B. Now we know he's fairly strong. We could have used the anime which gave us a clear idea of how strong he was already. They will probably expand in the anime on the swordsmen.

Nah, we can. Just going to be difficult. But we've ranked on far less before. Though if we were to assume they were all Zabuza level, they'd be A+. Though some are probably weaker, whereas a few I'd say are stronger. Onto the ranking!
Ringo Ameyuri: She has swords that shoot lightning. Pretty badass in my opinion. And, like all the swordsmen, she seemed to be able to use the silent killing method as well. I wouldn't say she is above A+ but I'd like to think she is one of the stronger swordsmen. I wouldn't have a problem with her being A+, probably around Zabuza level.
Akebino Jinin: This guys sword flat out sucks. I refuse to believe a weapon so ridiculous would be on par with the other swords. Likewise, I don't think this guy would be able to handle with Zabuza. It's just an easy to see through fighting style. So, A or A- for him.
Kuriarare Kushimaru: While this certainly seems like it would be a hard sword to master, I'm not sure the pay off is really spectacular. Strings, whoop dee do. Still, using such a weapon would suggest he is fast and able to react quickly. And I'd think the strings would allow for some other neat tricks, like traps or make shift stitches. So, A maybe?
Munashi Jinpachi: His sword is freaking broken and awesome. An explosion with every swing. Very manly. And the fact that he can move through the mist with it suggests he is probably fast with it. A or A+, cause he does seem to be one of the stronger ones in my humble opinion.
Suikazan Fuguki: He had Samehada so it's more than likely that he'd have a decent pool of chakra. Granted he probably wasn't as good with it as Kisame. Still, he has a ton of chakra and was apparently one of the last to be sealed, suggesting that he could fight off Kakashi and Guy for a bit. A+, probably.
Mangetsu Hozuki: I refuse to believe he could be below an A+. He has mastered all the swords and has a sword to summon each of them, allowing him to use whichever is the most appropriate for battle. Factor in the fact that he has Suigetsu's haxxed KG and we've certainly got a stronger fighter. In fact, I don't think it would be a stretch to assume he'd be in S- personally.

I more or less second Aura's rankings. Though will have to re-read the chapters where they appear.
Mangetsu should be in S-, since I believe Suigetsu should be in A+ based on the stuff he's done and tanked.
Also, Ameyuri is a girl? That's news to me. I assumed all the swordsmen were men. Also, that needle sword has by far the best pwnage of the 7 swords, therefore he should be A+ automatically. uhuh
Ameyuri looks more like a girl to me and apparently "yuri" tends to lend credence to the idea that it's a girl. According to teh wiki anyway.

Personally, I'd assume Zabuza is one of the stronger swordsmen, with Mangetsu and Fuguki being possible exceptions (well, Mangetsu with all swords should be rather nasty period, simply on power of his equipment if nothing else). The ninja seemed more freaked out by Zabuza than most of them.
Well, considering Zabuza's backstory, I'd be freaked out too. 😛
But yeah, he should be considered one of the strongest. 3rd or 4th, probably.
As for the Kekkei Genkai peeps....
Pakura (Scorch lady) is fairly strong. And her limit seems fairly strong and unpredictable. A? Also, she is kinda cute. So she deserves A.
Gari has a pretty powerful punch. He obliterated someone! So, I'd put him at A too.
Toroi(Magnet guy) might be the weakest of the revived guys. It's not bad, I guess, but I wouldn't put him up there with Pakura or Gari. B+ or A-?

Yeah, more or less agree with you.
That hammer-anvilblade gai is likely the weakest of the bunch. A- for sure.
Suigakan could very well be S-. He lasted as long as he did without Samehada, and Samehada is the most powerful of all the 7 swords.

Hmm, Gari can make someone explode with a touch, and he seemed fast. So really, as far as offense is concerned, he's a better version of Neji. Defensively, not much to say. A.

We've ranked based on far less before. Zabuza gives us a fair place to start. None of them(unless Mangetsu is stronger than I'm thinking) would be as strong as Kisame after all.
It's not hard. Just less to work with is all. I think my ranks for them are alright. If the anime expands on it, we can alter it later.
Edit: Haku is ranked at B right now DP. But I for one wouldn't be adverse to bumping him a bit.

Right now he's at B. I could see B+, but I don't think A-. He's mostly limited to needles with offense, and if you can actually hit him like Naruto did he doesn't take it well. Genin Sasuke was able to handle him in close.
I think he has a few holes he'd fill with age.
