Yea. The impression I got was both were slowly going blind, so to prevent both top S-class Uchiha from becoming too weak to keep up with their foes, they greatly weakened one to not only restore but strength the other.

You're right: blind people usually die very shortly after going blind or being born.

His death is... mysterious, unless it happened because he continued to go into battle anyway, in which case it just makes sense.

(High level ninja can fight while blind pretty well, but such a famous target, deprived of his most killer jutsu? Yea, he's going down)

That is the most likely explanation as of now.

Tobi being Izuna makes quite a bit of sense. It's something I theorized ages ago. But something about doesn't sit right.

No of course how could i not think of it... Since izuna is madaras brother people could of thought of thats madara and izuna wanted to revive his brother back and he figured how to implant sharingans eyes into his... Also which exlpains later how he can later implant also the rinnegan..

And izuna is just pretending to be his brother for the time being cuz he wants everyone to believe he isnt dead...

Now madara is out i think kishi would have a fight with both madara and izuna out fighting as uchiha brothers...

the new naruto game has: the dead kage; team samui; all the kage bodyguard 2-man teams w/the kage (A, mei, danzou, oonoki, and gaara); team minato (yes, even rin); i think hanzou; all six paths of pein; amped tobi; all the chuunin from part 1; the sound 4; hashirama and tobirama senju; and dead jinchuuriki as playable characters 😐

It has characters that have appeared in both Part 1 & Part 2. So we get to kick KCM Naruto's ass with Part 1 Naruto.

IMO, it will not be much of a detriment for fighting games, especially one such as this that isn't going to be a major tourney contender.

Yeah, figured that. There's even two or three versions of the same character from Part 2, eg Sage Mode Naruto & Regular Naruto, and Hebi Sasuke & Taka Sasuke.
Haku & Zabuza are apparently playable for the first time in a fighting game.

Haku and Zabuza have been playable for a while in Naruto fighting games you noob.
