Naruto will never be able to match Bleach or OP in power, speed, or strength. This is a fact. The only possible exception would be the Sage, and he is balanced out by the other unknowns like Roger and the Soul King.
They do however have some advantages over the others. Geass, Space/Time, etc.
If Shisui uses the eye on Ace, he has already lost since he can't use it again.
Also, space/time jutsu in Naruto is rather weak, used only for teleportation honestly, which is something OP has. Misdirection is another use of it, but still eh. Bleach also has time/space abilities. Invaders Must Die is more impressive than every Naruto time/space jutsu that comes to mind.

Sage of the Six Paths made the moon, 9 sentient creatures and who knows what else, all while dying and without the Juubi's chakra. That's uber. Does Roger have anything comparable? SK is featless.
Aizen's Geass is better though. And I don't think that any other character in the HST, with the exception of Urahara, approaches his level of intelligence and planning.
Gin's also got a broken-ass sword that can possibly reach Mach 500 speeds. awesome
But yeah, on the whole, they are more versatile and diverse.

Let me put it this way: With the exception of Dangai Ichigo, Monster Aizen is the strongest Bleach character. The speed of his sword swing was calced at mach 10.
Luffy pre-timeskip was calced at above that, though I forget the number, and he can now refer to mach 15 lasers as "slow".
Then there is the fact that Enel, a character from OP, boasts the most powerful attack in the HST, by far. The volume of the attack alone is 150,000,000,000 meters cubed, IIRC. Compared to the attack with the second greatest volume, Pain's Shinra Tensei, which had a volume of 5,000,000,000 meters cubed. The difference between Enel's Raigou though, that is truly impressive, is that everything within the blast radius of Raigou is completely vaporised.
And yeah, Dangai Ichigo is pretty far above Naruto. Far too fast for Naruto to begin ****ing with, and too physically powerful.

I dunno. We never see Roger. He could compare to Whitebeard in his prime and was the spark to the plot. But yeah, he is featless as well really. Just more to guess with.

OP would probably beat Bleach. Never bothered with the calcs but logic dictates that Logia characters will beat the shit out of them. Island busting, massive amounts of freezing, draining the moister out of everything, etc.

mmm Dayum. If it can vape a volume of the magnitude, I take it it is also the most powerful attack in the HST. Is there anyone in OP capable of tanking such an attack?

There aren't many quantifiable speed feats for Bleach characters at all, and IIRC none in terms of movement honestly. Actually, I think Mayuri may have been calced at like mach 3, but I'm not sure.
There is exactly one confirmed character who can. Luffy. Because he is made of rubber, and the attack is basically a gigantic, condensed ball of pure electricity.
Oh, I should probably mention Whitebeard. He can destroy massive icebergs the size of mountains (Three kilometers in diameter) by punching at their general direction, because he has a Devil Fruit that basically creates quakes with every movement. He also split an island in half.
