Some of characters are fairly strait-forward types, but there's a good deal of character development that happens during the series.
The major characters aren't, and there's like over a dozen of them.
And it does stuff that's rather unusual- the main character relies a lot on his brain power, and although he gets stronger, one of the primary ways he develops is more in-depth planning. Given sufficient prep, he'll come up with multiple backup plans in a fight. Or in other words, he's not the 'charge forward without thinking' type, and when he does that, he tends to get his butt kick (on the flipside, a couple other characters can pull it off. Just not him).

He almost certainly will unlock a higher form of the Sharingan. Whether it is the Rinnegan or the Juubi's eye remains to be seen.
In a fight between the two, Madara has the greater edge as the Rinnegan would give him the tools to take care of Naruto, never mind his Wood Release and Sharingan to suppress the Kyuubi's chakra. On the whole though, yeah, Naruto's not far off, but not scraping either, which is why they are in the same tier. Naruto though, still has room to grow.
A rock that is 1000 tonnes or greater is what I would call huge. A hill is much more massive. >__>
FRS is not 600-ish. You cannot see the tech properly in that scan. 😐 It's like 10-ish to 70-ish based on this and this respectively. Rasenshuriken also does not vaporize entirely, it cuts both on a macroscopic and microscopic level. The sword swing actually vaped most of that hill.
Yeah, I know, I said Bijuu Bomb is better. To be honest, there are people on NF would argue the K6 Bijuu bomb is > Hachibi's bomb. But that is besides the point. You are still comparing one of Ichigo's basic attacks to a Bijuu's most powerful attack, and Final-Getsuga Ichigo's Mugetsu was actually much larger than town-level. It wouldn't bust a Town though, since it isn't an attack with an explosive type radius.
