I could actually see A and Gaara getting the occasional win over Onoki, and maybe Mei too. If not, they could put up a good showing. Sure, it isn't likely, but I could see it happening. Short of the fight starting in arm's reach for Tsunade, I don't see her beating him basically ever.

Nah. She can throw a rock at him. Or her giant slug, which is easily the most useful summon in the series. Or just survive it his initial attacks.

Orochimaru was kind of ****ing around when he fought him. Still Sarutobi did have to take on two immortal, abeit nerfed, Kages.
He did kind of supress a biju even if it was the weakest
Gaara's a Sue now remember. Therefore making him superior to Onoki.

Depends on the area how quickly he can though. If it's a smaller, inside area I'd give Tsunade the edge.
And none of them have her ability to hit shit as hard, with the possible exception of A(not really familiar with the feats as they might be calced).

Creating a technique likely takes more effort than simply learning it. However, what Naruto did in a couple of weeks to Minato's 3 years is nothing compared to what Naruto did in less than a week to Jiraya's 30-40 years.

Naw, Gaara's reaction-time is too much, and he can easily level any confined space short of an adamantium box.
Gaara hits harder with his sand, Mei can do more damage to a person with magma and acid hax, and it is hard to compare A's striking power to Tsunade's, there is no common gauge between them we can use.
