Well for the Mito/Kushina argument, they can both be considered unofficial S+ nin considering they had some significant control over Kurama.
However since nobody other than Tobi, Kurama, and Kushina even acknolwedge Mito's existence in this series, it's almost impossible to know if she was the fearned ninja that everyone suspects her to be.
With the creation of the Kisame vs Mito thread, you really did dive into the realm of whining PG. This isn't personal opinion so much as showings. You basically let NemeBro/DP do the work for you and then stomped your feet, said

There have been three or four times when the gauntlet has been thrown down and I've said, "Ok, you don't? Post your argument!" and then you just dodge and run away, again and again.

Itachi's an S+ too and one of the stronger ones, so it's quite conceivable he'd win just fine against a KCM-using character anyway.
I mean, we could, but even if Mito lost that fight it wouldn't argue against her being S+.
