Hashirama and Sarutobi *might* not be affected by power creep, because the jutsu they showed were generally impressive. Tobirama on the other hand was hit with it like a ****ing brick. Heck, in the time since the original argument (I hesitate to call it a 'debate' since there was more whining than actual debating going on. "But Mito can't be strong! Because I say so!" never did hold up too well), we've since seen that pretty much every Jinchuuriki is an S-class badass, as well as way much from full-chakra mode.

Not so sure about the S-class argument, since the ones Tobi is using weren't all in sync with their respective beasts were they? And even after been resurrected they are being punked left and right by Naruto and Bee.

Based on the showings of pretty much every Jinchuriki with a name, logically most Jinchuriki shouldn't fall below S category unless they're really young like Part 1 Gaara/Naruto.
