Dude I'd personally like it for the whole Mito thing to be dropped for good. I could give two shits less whether Mito is S+, S-, C- or whatever the ****. Now, do I agree with Q99's reasoning? Yes, I think it's in general very sound. Do I agree with the complaints against it? Also yes. Mito has barely even appeared in the manga proper so her placement among the elite is rather...annoying. However, Q99 has remained in general very consistent with the list and there are worse offenders to the list than Mito.

So please, just let it go.
