Thoroughly enjoyed the film.
The little sound effects, the little quirks that are brought out, are simply awesome.
When the Jew Hunter was eating that strudel, I was LMAO. It was similar to my enjoyment of Ledger's Joker.
Move was awesome.
It was slow at parts, but slow on purpose. I noticed several prop mistakes, but they were much fewer than most films.
The opening scene has the Nazis pulling up to that Frenchman's home, around the same turn, 3 times in a row. At first, I thought it was a cinemgraphic error, but by the third time, I realized that it was a metaphor for the anxiety of the Frenchman. Specifically, it seemed as though they were approaching forever and Tarintino did good to produce that metaphor. A subtle thing, yet, a delicious goodie that made the film more enjoyable.
I enjoyed Eli Roth's character. I enjoyed the seemingly plot unrelated dialogue. There were several very moley people in the film, and that couldn't have been by mistake.
How the movie played out from the chapters, to the music, to the text, it was awesome.
Spoiler:
I can't believe how awesome that scene is when Bridgett meets Landa for the first time. The music was PERFECT! That's EXACTLY how I would have done that scene: the music, the angle, Landa's approach, etc. It was PERFECT! That was by far, the most perfect anxious meeting moment in any film I've seen. The. Best. Ever. Done.
This movie is definitely a 9 out of 10. The best movie I've seen this year, and the only 9 out of 10 I've seen this year.
Some parts need to be reworked to be faster, and Brad Pitt's accent needed to be more believable. Other than that, it was an almost perfect film. I have very few complaints. VERY few.
