If I'm thinking of the same scene, that's when the basterds broke out the 9th member (forgot his name) from prison. There was only 3 shootouts that I remembered and its definetlely not from the last one
Spoiler:
I'm not sure if it was there, but that would be the best guess. I just remember that scene happening really fast and they came in from the sides rather than running straight in.

Tarantino delivers, movie was great start to finish.

Yeah pretty much. It was a blast.

Babel.
The Mexican.
Snatch.
Interview with a Vampire
Se7en.
True Romance.
Thelma and Louise.

He's done a shit load of great films.

I meant just Brad Pitt as memorable when it comes to me remembering him, not the film as a whole. I do love Babel, True Romance, Snatch and Seven. He was memorable in True Romance, and Snatch. The other two films he wasn't for me, but I like the films. I don't think he is a bad actor, just not one of my favourites.

Thoroughly enjoyed the film.

The little sound effects, the little quirks that are brought out, are simply awesome.

When the Jew Hunter was eating that strudel, I was LMAO. It was similar to my enjoyment of Ledger's Joker.

Move was awesome.

It was slow at parts, but slow on purpose. I noticed several prop mistakes, but they were much fewer than most films.

The opening scene has the Nazis pulling up to that Frenchman's home, around the same turn, 3 times in a row. At first, I thought it was a cinemgraphic error, but by the third time, I realized that it was a metaphor for the anxiety of the Frenchman. Specifically, it seemed as though they were approaching forever and Tarintino did good to produce that metaphor. A subtle thing, yet, a delicious goodie that made the film more enjoyable.

I enjoyed Eli Roth's character. I enjoyed the seemingly plot unrelated dialogue. There were several very moley people in the film, and that couldn't have been by mistake.

How the movie played out from the chapters, to the music, to the text, it was awesome.

Spoiler:
I can't believe how awesome that scene is when Bridgett meets Landa for the first time. The music was PERFECT! That's EXACTLY how I would have done that scene: the music, the angle, Landa's approach, etc. It was PERFECT! That was by far, the most perfect anxious meeting moment in any film I've seen. The. Best. Ever. Done.

This movie is definitely a 9 out of 10. The best movie I've seen this year, and the only 9 out of 10 I've seen this year.

Some parts need to be reworked to be faster, and Brad Pitt's accent needed to be more believable. Other than that, it was an almost perfect film. I have very few complaints. VERY few.

I jus got back from the theatre. Fukin Awesome. It was kinda slow at parts, but nothing that makes it boring.tthat's jus bout the only problem.even the villian was frikin likable, like the joker

completely agree

Just saw this movie.

It is easily the best I have seen this year, nearly flawless.

Very good movie, I saw it yesterday. I wish the dialogue had been more like that of "Pulp Fiction", but a solid movie nonetheless.

Not going to waste time writing and entire long post with detail information of my reaction to the film. Clear and cut:

Music was superb and match the scenes perfectly.
Dialogue kept me watching the movie and not my watch.
Gore scenes weren't overdone and were slightly more brutal than I expected.
All the actors did their characters really well.
The editing and style kept me satisfied.

5 out of 5 from me.

Tarantino make more movies. Later today I'm going for a third view.

That scene was funny.

Spoiler:
I laughed pretty hard with Landa when he started laughing at the actress lady for claiming to have broken her foot.

I'll be seeing this next weekend. I never go to a movie theater on opening weekend so as to avoid the drooling, idiot masses who insist on bringing babies, conversations, and phones in to the theater.

u can really tell QT has a foot fetish
but hans landa is undoubtedly one of my fav villians.he's like joker,ur not supposed to like him,but u do

Oh please, how can one NOT like Hans Landa?

He is what we tropers call a "magnificent bastard," a damned good one too, he's such a dickhead, but we love him despite his deeds for his charm and whatnot.

I was laughing, by myself, as

Spoiler:
her veins started to pop out of her head and the HUGE change that came over Landa when he started to go to town. What made me laugh harder was how quick he gained his composure and adjusted himself to look more presentable. Awesomeness.

EXACTLY.

The fact that it was so different than how he had acted throughout the rest of the movie was awesome.

Spoiler:
u got to love the ending scenes with donny and omar charging in and overkilling hitler and borman and them and then randomly shooting into the crowd, shoshanna's entire plot coming into frutation(the face in the smoke jus makin it better) and the basterds plan as well, and of course aldo and little man making sure that landa, who is getting immunity for his crimes, never lives down his nazi past.hell landa interogatting aldo and little man was awesome as well

While there was plenty of dark humor in the movie, I don't think that scene was supposed to be funny... Can't remember anyone laughing in my theater/I didn't find it humorous.

Also, screw all of you Brad Pitt haters/dislikers. He did a great job in this movie and he consistently picks good films and does well in them.
