"What circumstances?" Sonia asks now sitting beside Elrohir.

Elrohir started drinking his tea to stall for time, smilling slightly now that Sonia was sitting next to him.

Sonia looked down in her drink. "I guess that's a I-really-don't-wanna-tell-you hint."

"No, that was a "how-much-pleasure-will-I-get-embarrassing-Maik-with-this-information" sort of thing." Elrohir clarified.

"Oh, now I am definitely curious." Sonia says. Her eyes brighten.

Elrohir laughed. "If I am not mistaken, Maik's opinion of Descartes is such that she won't care what house he came from."

Sonia couldn't help but laugh softly. "True."

Elrohir smiled and finished off his tea. "So now all we have to do is get your brother to extend that invitation of his to Maik again."

"I have a feeling he will." Sonia says a kinda smug smirk on her face.

Elrohir laughed at the look on Sonia's face. "Those two don't stand a chance."

"Nope, they won't. They are bound to be together."

"Definately." Elrohir agreed. He heard some clock chiming in the house and checked his watch. "Oh..it's getting late. I'd better go."

Sonia nodded. She set her cup down. "I'll walk you to the door."

Elrohir put his cup next to hers and rose to his feet, once again offering her his hand.

Sonia blushed softly putting her hand in his accepting his help.

Elrohir smiled and waited for her to show the way, not relinquishing his hold on her hand.

Sonia blushes and walked with Elrohir down the long Corridors.

"You have a wonderful house." Elrohir said as they walked. "Very...big."

Sonia blushed. "I hate it." she whispers. They finally reach the front door. "So, um, I guess I'll see ya tomorrow."

"Right." Elrohir replied. he paused for a moment. "If that suitor job is still open, I'll be more than happy to take it." He bent and kissed her deeply for a moment, then pulled away and started down the path back to the gate.
