Maik frowned. "Why is Fudge looking for you then?"

"Because I'm the only one he can force to read that letter and I'm a witness to some off the thingsthey did, ut they never killed anyone."

"What letter?" Elrohir interrupted.

Sonia sighed. She took the encrypted letter out of her pocket.

Elrohir took it and looked at it for a minute, then showed it to Maik. "So, what does it say?" she asked ,turning it everywhich way

"I...I rather not say. It's very disturbing." SOnia said.

Maik frowned again. Somthing she was very good at. "If they didn't kill anyone, then why does Fudge think they did? And what's with this letter?!"

"I said They never killed anyone, but they have driven people to insanity and depression to the point where they would commit suicides. The have caused people so much physical pain they would slice their own throats just to end their torment." Sonia said.

Maik and Elrohir just looked at her. Maik simply couldn't understand why she wanted to bring them back if THAT was what they did. but maybe Sonia was right and they had changed..... "So....they definately we not responsible for the murder of that auror then. What does Fudge want with you if your parents are dead?"

"ecause I help them when I was six." sonia explained. "and that is a long story."

Maik blinked."Six." She looked as if she considered that age as dangerous as a blind rabbit.

sonia sighed. "I was the so called distraction and supplier of ingredients for a potion."

Elrohir obviously didn't like the sound of that. Maik however, looked as she allways did. Unemotional. But Elrohir, who knew her better than anyone knew that she was upset. He glanced nervously at her then asked Sonia: "What sort of potion?"

"I don't know, but they wouldn't let me watch the victims take it." Sonia said. "Maye I should just turn myself in." she said blinking back tears.

"One could hardly consider you a felon Sonia. You simply have to testify that you did everything under your parents orders." Maik said simply glancing at the setting sun outside the window.

"Oh yeah sure, that may work for you. For the rest of my life everyone will watch me scared i will turn into my parents."

Elrohir smiled faintly. "Then all you have to do is convince them that you are nothing like your parents. People cannot assume that you will become you parents unless you give them reason to."

"You don't understand. My parents weren't evil. T. . .They had no choice." Sonia sighed. She just wanted to bolt from the place. To run and keep going.

Elrohir listened patiently, not wanting to make any judgemnets. Sonia seemed to need to get this off her chest. Maik however, was looking from Sonia to Elrohir thoughtfully. Finally she stood, the corner of her mouth twitching oddly. "I'm going out." She said, walking to the door. Elrohir looked at her in amazment. "NOW?" How could she go out at a time like this? "Yes. NOW." Maik growled. "I need to think." Elrohir told her to be carefull as she left, hoping noone would get hurt as the result of Maik's pent up frustrations.

Sonia dropped to her knees after Maik had left. Great. She had pissed the woman off. What else could she screw up.
