im pissed off at how long ago these guys were created and how much times the been in the same comic and never fought.

I guess they are both popular characters and Marvel doesn't want to job one to the other.

Personally I have no problem with that incident even if Colossus did knock him out. It should be in his capabilities. Hulk was calm, disoriented and injured. He'd be in Colossus' league. Hulk's base was weaker back then as well if I recall.

"calm, disoriented and injured" - that's the key point here. Colossus wouldn't have a chance in a fair fight, so the writer has to come up with a circumstance to even things up (and keep both sets of fans happy).

how can hulk be inured? he has a healing factor.

It doesn't make much sense (unless he has a special weakness to dragon flame), but it's clear from the writing :

It's not instantaneous. HF speed depends on the writer. Hulk CAN get injured. What don't you understand?

serioulsy hulk weights 900 pounds, what is that to a person who can lift 100tons(two hundred thousand pounds)?
