no it not at all, becuase you assume thing durability comes from his outer layer when it doesent. It his density of his body. flakes comming off does not make him less durable.

Not when it does no damage to you. It superficial at best and completely depended upon artist and has zero to do with the writer. His durability does not comes from his outerlayer, it is density of muscles. honestly read a dam fantastic four comic, his biology has been quite study.

just like a pebble, you pick it up and some dirt and out crust flakes come off, that does not then magically make it less durbale then a spoon. Rocks have dirty and crust, metal does not (well when refined)

Im done though, if you cant tell the difference between superficial artist fluff in which flakes come off compared to the character actaul durability this is utterly pointless, though it master bruce I should have known as much.
