He wasn't out anytime and Hulk was far more angry facing Reed than he was at facing Xavier.

He also busted Hulk's nose, Colossus had next to no affect on Hulk. Also a two handed attack on Colossus' head by WWH would probably split his head open.

And it's clear Colossus was holding back hence his comment. Colossus stated the "harder and harder" meaning that Colossus wasn't hitting as hard as he could until it was too late. In the rematch Colossus took him down.

In the rematch Hulk was weakened and "hitting harder and harder" doesn't means he was holding back. His attacks were useless throughout the fight.

And later Thing stalemated both Thor and Hulk in armwrestling. Not to mention, it was tied at 1-1.
