They could be Christians over there, it is possible. Okay, you knew that, anyway, off of religion and back to the movie.
And Asami, I heard that, but I'm doubting it's entirely because of the movie, maybe because of her age, but the movie could've helped, I guess.
well for one, there's no benefit to it, 2, the alchohol does like "kill" your liver, 3, there's the danger of drunk driving.Beer is beneficial as a beverage. Alcohol abuse damage the liver. People can be hazards with cars without DWI. I live in a beer drinking nation, we have made beer for around 2000 years. I wonder why people dont go knocking wine the same way they do beer.
Beer is culture

Even if they didn't want to go as black as Samuel L. Jackson, Denzel or Danny Glover, they could have used someone who was "yellow" or "light skinned". Was Will Smith or Cuba Gooding, Jr. not available? This is a greater distortion than when Elizabeth Taylor played Cleopatra. Egypt is in Africa, not Europe.
What do You Mean Historians Cannot Prove?
That's false after all of the knowledge that I spit to say that noone can prove Jesus' race. Hollywood has used white people to pretend that they were Jesus. We do know that Jesus was not European. We do know that Cleopatra did not look like Elizabeth Taylor by color. We do know that Native Americans were not white but are played by white people on television. Even the cartoon Isis was white but she was black as night. It is getting really old and the bottom line is that Jesus was a Nazarene and Nazarene men wore their hair locked during his time. He is a descendant of Moses who was black and was raised in Khemet (ancient egypt) by a pharoah and his daughter who were black. And all people come from black...it is historical and even the Discovery Channel, both white and reputable, have PROVEN that all of us came from black.
Period. I just get tired of people pretending that Jesus was white with blue eyes. That's so wrong and what a distortion of the truth. All p;eople are expected to believe he is white but what if you knew that he was black or african or looked like the beautifl muslim/arab men and women that have been targeted as terrorist?
I am not being defensive. I just really need to have an open debate to learn the truth. JESUS really bhas come again...thanks to Mel Gibson and we all finally get to talk about him! Help a sista learn and I will do the same.
Peace and blessings,

It happens all the time in movies. William Wallace was 6ft 7" and had a face like a train wreck but was played by short arsed pretty boy Mel Gibson. There was an excellent program here in the UK about Jesus and they reconstructed a Jewish skull which was discovered from around the time of Christ to give you an idea of what he may have looked like. The average build around that time was short and stocky and Christ would definetely have had locked hair. He'd also have been around 5ft 6". The facial reconstruction looked a bit like Bluto from Popeye but was probably closer to the image of the real Christ than anything else we've seen.
Well, tough, fact is, his look is disputed and is not a matter of historical fact. As this was a film and simply Gibson's interpretation, he is entitled to interpret anything that is not solid fact in any way he likes, and it is inappropriate to insist otherwise.
BTW, recent anthropology is finding evidence that Asian man predates black man... not that this is relevant to the thread but your claim that it is proven that we all come from blacks is also debatable.
