Off-line beta testing of the Lego system is finally drawing near an end. An episode has just been concluded and it has become time to look at the xp system, which I know some of you (and myself) have been making the odd comment about. General vibe is that some things will become cheaper; I'll let you know. As I mentioned to the Dark Siders in their interlude, there will be a refund on anything that was made cheaper.

I am not sure what to get for Jelena once the xp gets doled out to the Jedi. I'll have to look over her sheet. 🙂

Which episode finished?

Five.

The campaign length is actually indeterminate, but current thinking is that it will be around eight episodes.

Those of you with long memories will recall that the campaign finishes as the Clone Wars begin.

I feel like I remember that being murmured. A very long time ago. And back then I believe it was generally accepted that the Dark Jedi are going to be taking dirt naps by that time.

Also, I think we should buy heavy anti-starship stuff for our base at some point.

Cool, plenty of Star Wars for the future here, I hope that means. I'd like to see Andro make it into the clone wars. It'd be a fitting end for him. For although he's trying to become a more stable, centered Jedi, he will always be a warrior at heart and be most comfortable in combat.

The other choice would be for he and Rhianna to kill each other in a duel. He defeats her, but dies right after from his wounds. Fits their characters, as he would get his heroic death, while she would get he last laugh/spiteful revenge on her killer.

...oh, don't tempt me on that one 😂

Rianna's got to kill Rand first, though, remember. And that's probably more likely to kill her than anything else 😛

Also fits because Lana and I kinda scooted Andro into her background somewhat. She always had a third Jedi present with her former Master and said Master's new Padawan at the lightsaber duel in which she fell to the Dark Side... I just made it Andro.

Ah, that's right! I thought there was something like that, but wasn't sure if I was confusing it with our OT characters.

It would seem so! Xeth getting to the Clone Wars would present a whole new thing for him, being Geonosian... yeesh. I could see his clones being like 'WTF Geonosian kill it.'

Final adjustments on the xp system are being made, as is cutrrently reflected in the Dark SIde thread.

My previous utterances about finishing an episode turnerd out to be untrue as both Light and Dark Side had codas; we ACTUALLY finished the epiosde yesterday, with a fresh twist. xp will be allocated next SUnday at which point the system will be finalised, though it is probbaly most set as is. The basic theory now is that a story should be worth two force powers or one blade scthick (there is no practical danger of Force powers being maxed, even at that rate, even if someone spends on bothing but them). The question mark is over how much to cost Lightsabre and Force power..

Once again, the off-line Dark Side had an absolutely epic fight to end their game that went right down to the wire...

An epic fight that obviously Galder will do the most epic of things in. Epic.

Any update on how much the improvement of combat skills costs?

Yes- Lightsabre is locked out for now. Others can be increased at the normal cost. Stat increases will NOT increase sabre.

Yowsa, done an immense amount of RPing work today. Lots of stuff updated in various areas!

And Rianna's bio/background now enters about the hundredth revision, so I can repost it...

Seriously, I'd be willing to bet only Rex can beat me when it comes to character background rewrites/revisions, and even that would probably be a close call 😛

Like I said. I'd bet it's a closer call than you'd think. I rewrite and edit and revise everything.
