I admire your honesty man, i really do. But is there such a huge gulf between you and the rest of the white hip hop community. Im sure living in the projects isnt limited to just black folk and most of the white emcees i listen to seem to come from humble beginnings as well.

the mainstream has some quality mc's, that's a fact, but i can safley say over 90% of mainstream mc's are wack. they have no diversity in their music. i'm not hating, i give a listen to everything new that comes out. i listened to that new Juelz Santana album. Some of the production was nice, but juelz doesn't bring anything new to the table. same shit over and over.

haha, I'm saying you don't have to relate to something in order to enjoy it. I myself don't "feel" eminen as an artist but that has nothing to do with me relating to his music. You really think all the millions of Eminem fans can relate to what he's saying? Hell no. Man I can't name the amount of white dudes who listen to Dipset and no way they can "relate". And with today's mc's talking about all the money they have, aint nobody but a millionaire can relate to that. So again, I'm just trying to say artists can be enjoyed even if the listener can't totally relate to everything they're saying.
