Eh...I kinda tend to doubt they have anywhere down here in South Florida that sells underground hip hop. Everything is about Trick Daddy and Lil Jon down here. Or pretty much anyone with 'gold in their grill.' I haven't found anyone in my school who's into underground stuff so far. My dad wants to get a credit card anyway, maybe I can get him to go through with it.
I'd recommend "Nocturnal" by Helta Skelta. They were the 90's group from the "Boot Camp Clique". This is a group that was kinda lost in the shuffle but were way ahead of their time.
I heard you say that you hate Petey Pablo, but you should check out his first album "Dairy of a Sinner". There's alot of really soulful and intricate rhymes on it. Plus Timberland produced it so the beats are crazy.
Another group from the 90's that you should check out is the Artifacts. Their first album is some real B-Boy sh*t. If you dig breakdance'n, graffiti, and real Hip-Hop, you should luv this.
