been listening to a whole lot of different stuff, nothing really worth mentioning. qwels new album was pretty good actually, the collab with meaty ogre. i havent fell in love with a rap album in a long time, i think im gonna take a hiatus from it.
That's exactly what I'm doing. I think it's always good to take a break so you don't get burned out.
Did you ever check out that Danger Mouse and Jemini album?
I have been meaning to check out that Dangermouse/Jemini album, is it worth it? Or can you safely avoid it if you're familiar with Dangermouse?

I bought the Legacy Edition right after I bought the original version. I bought it just for Forget Her alone. That's a great great song. I also bought the Legacy Edition of Live at Sin-é. Amazing stuff. and I always think of what could have been. How many great albums he would have right now if he hadn't past away. Such a great loss.
Do you have Sketches for My Sweetheart the Drunk? It's basically a collection of songs that was going to be narrowed down for his second album; My Sweetheart the Drunk.
Such a brilliant album also, two discs, so there's a load of songs. It also contains Everybody Here Wants You, which I think is one of his best.

That's the second Jeff Buckley CD I purchased. I read that he wasn't happy with the songs, but they're still very good. They sound a bit unfinished, but it has some great Buckley tunes like Opened Once, Everybody Here Wants You, Nightmares By The Sea, and Vancouver.
As of right now I own:
Grace
Grace (Legacy Edition)
Live at Sin-é (Legacy Edition)
Sketches for My Sweetheart the Drunk
Mystery White Boy
The only one I think I need is Live A L'Olympia. Which albums do you own, AC?
and that Danger Mouse and Jemini is worth checking out. Good stuff.
Finally got my copy of Growing Pains in the mail. Smith sounds great. His cadence, flow, story telling, and lyrics are better than ever. mcenroe's beats are layered and get better with repeated listens. It's too early to compare it to his first two albums, but right now I would say it's not as good as Blunderbus. But definitely a MUST buy for any Smitty/P & C fan.
It's getting better with each listen.

I own the same ones, and thanks, I'll check it out some time.
