I think that voldemort in his research found out the way to avoid getting into the vail or to be sent to it.
He was less than a ghost (some kind of soul maybe?) he moved in the shape and way he was suppose to be in the vail...but he was outside it

voldemort must know the veil secrets like how to get out...4 which purpuse it was made....how to avoid get into it....etc
(relation to the dementors they are connected somehow to the veil for 100%)

probably he will try to set a trap 4 harry by telling him he's the only one that knows the secret of the veil and how to save sirius....

dont agree with that....sry, but it just ist logical to me.....it makes alittle sence, but i think its probally not wat j.k. is going for.

maybe the wispers behind the veil are the people that traped in the wand when cursing the killing curse, they cry 4 help or something

Now that is something ive never thought about! But yeah......its a good therory...i never understode about that vail, becuz the book doesnt go into much detail. I think thats becuz it will be explained in a later book, and i think the explaination behide it is going to be wat you said.

I think he was unspeakble because:
1)he got good relation with alot of DE in the minestry (aka melfoy etc)
2)he got top grades in his time.
3)the best way to get all the resources without getting any suspicious is to work as unspeakable that got good privilege and access to the veil

He might have been an unspeakable, but once again i dont think its likely.......

Hey... i've been searching the web finding all about it and i read this entry on another website by a girl claiming she has read all ov 4 and 5 books over and over again too find any details about the death ov our dear sirius and if he will be returning and she sed that Dumbledore says something in the 4th book i'm not sure this is true but ppl who are reading it fine comb it and see if he says anything.....also too the ppl reading the 5th look in it and see if he says a speach or something 2 harry that might resemble that he can come bk i kno its just a theory but please look

Anyway, to me it's obvious that Sirius is not dead! - sirius is merely caught in the substance of Death. The Archway is analogous to the time-turner - only it is still a mystery to the Dept. of magical mysteries. the substance of death is still in very early experimentations in the Dept, and that is why it is the most dangerous room there. It is exactly like the difference between experimenting with time in a time turner (the time doesn't pass by - you're not getting any older!) and time passing in reality. Sirius was not killed by bellatrix lestrange, rather he fell into the death substance - something that can be altered by powerfull magic (like the time turner's powerfull magic). James, Lily, Cedric, and others who died, on the other hand, cannot be retrieved.

I know many people believe that sirius died only because dumbledore said so. Well, Book V is a book of disillusionment - from James being someone heroic and noble without faults; from Snape being someone terrible; and also from dumbledore, who himself admits to being seriuosly wrong about his conductions. (and it is not surprising to find this book when harry is in the rebellious and disillusioning age of 15). Well, Dumbledore is now known to be wrong sometimes, and I believe he doesn't understand the subtle difference between being dead and being entrapped in death. You wait and see - Sirius will return in book VII - when Harry comes of age and becomes a more powerfull wizard even than Dumbledore. (he is, after all, the one who will bring an end to Voldemort).

proof u can find in the chess theory (knight2king on google)
and she wouldn't cry just to set us off track....
also he's death very needed to the next books...harry need something more personal against voldemort(sirius death was the most hurting experience till now)

Its in Prisoner of Azkaban... i haven't got the book here with me at the moment, but it's in the chapter where they first have a divination class... around p. 80 somewhere I think... maybe... can't remember off the top of my head...

what bout his parents though wasnt that a big enough loss stupid lol 😑

i dont think he will be. and luna did say that her mom wasnt completely gone, she meant her mom still exists in her heart. jkr said once she cried while writing the main character's death scene...i dont think he will not make appearences but he will not b mortal.
