The annual proves everything I said. Surfer destroys a planet with the cosmic blasts, whether you’re willing to accept it or not. He doesn’t go around destroying planets regularly.

The Board is made from the power cosmic. It isn't as durable as Norrin himself. For the record, that Cable guy would own Superman.

Obviously, the board isn't as durable as the Surfer is. Besides, it's not like Superman will be able to get his hands on Surfer.

Are you aware of Godlike Cable's abilities? White Martians gave Superman the heebie-jeebies. Cable would own him.
