Imperiex hit Superman with a planet destorying blasts that sent him flying back on earths surface and he still got back up.

Current Darkseid is a pu$$y compared to Thanos. Thanos is more on par with Pre-Crisis Darkseid. 😛

Heebie Jeebies?? Protex panicked once Supes figure out he was playing mind tricks. He then beat the hell out of Protex later on in the same issue...and Protex was a smart, skilled warrior with his abilities.

Cable? The HUMAN? His body, speed, and thinking would still let him get owned. Mind tricks slow supes down..they have never stopped him. If Galactus couldnt do it for long, what makes u think Cable has a chance?

Show me where it says that the board is less durable than SS himself. I've always read they are made of the same material.

Hes no pussy. The guy was fighting Superman near the sun that gave him a big power boost and he still was holding his own. Supes is already lifting planets normally and now Darkseid is fighting him near the sun.helpsmilie

Everything isn't a matter of physical strength. Superman wasn't just panicked, he thought he was dying. Cable is thousands of leagues above any White Martian. Cable's telepathy would own Superman.

Surfer's feats of durability speak for themselves. If you're questioning his durability, read his comics.

The blast was coming from a being (Imperiex) that destorys Galaxies and this was before he went Imperiex Prime. 🙂

All I'm saying is that pushing an object is much easier than lifting an object, especially in the absence of gravity. People tend to make Superman out to be stronger than he actually is.

It's impressive in my eyes too. I mean, moving a planet is moving a planet. I'm not saying that Superman isn't strong; he's stronger than most heroes. But, his strength is often exaggerated. It's a bleak truth.

If Silver Surfer can look at the Hulk and just know that he is sick with gamma radiation I am sure he can figure out that Superman is susceptible to kryptonite. Silver Surfer is in tune with that sort of cosmic weakness.

Anyway I am sure that Silver Surfer could also change the molecular structure of Superman's clothes to give them a super SPF factor, thus blocking the yellow sunlight from giving Superman power besides his hands and face.
