Official Inter-House Challenge Thread

I know I don't have the right to actually post this entry but I don't know where pip-foot is.

This is Ravenclaw's entry by pip-foot and its tune is "Into the West" from LotR.

Alright...well I was told to whip something together...and rather than admit defeat by not entering in a song...I have spent the last hour and put together something so horrible I am sure it will be the laughing stock of the challenge 😂

Hello Mother, Hello Father
Greetings from the, School of Hogwarts
On my first day, a old hat told me
In the house of Slytherin I would be

I have met all, my teachers and school mates
And even managed, not to be late
I have learned some, spells and potions
And learned to whisk my wand in a circle motion

A few weeks later, as I got lost
I met this one kid, with hair of red
And yet another kid, with a scar on his head
They told me they were both in Griffindor

As we became friends, we got into trouble
And Professor Dumbledore, said we were on the bubble
But it was alright, there was no real big flaw
And then we met some kid that said he came from Ravenclaw

As we caused havoc, and ran the school wild
The year was ending, and our school work piled
But then our salvation, in the house of hufflepuff
We cheated off some kid and it wasn’t all that tough

So when does voting start ???

I don't know who will be judging from Hufflepuff for I have not spoken to Kit in quite a while...also I'm not very sure how this judging works, how do we give points? 😕

No, no it was just an idea but then I realised what Georgina said was right - that we odn't have a scoring system 😕 so we should figure that out first and then try and get the results in as soon as we can.

No, don't worry lol that was an idea I came up with when I thought we had a scoring system 😮

70 divided over the three Houses one judges isn't a bad idea but I kinda like the old one we had out of 15 - makes things much easier I think. Like um 8 for Creativity, 3 for flow, 3 for content and 1 for meeting all the pre-requisites or something like that. Whaddaya think?

Yes, I think that's a good idea 🙂 but we still need a deadline for the judging...

Also do we post the points here? Or do we PM it to someone? Sorry about the double post...I just remembered 😮

that's okay and good questions. .. . um let's see... I do belive that you PM the points to tassie and me and then we tally them up and post the results. that's how it worked last time. The only difference is that tassie and I aren't contributing our points. Only the prefects are this time aroudn.
