Is a less than 100% symmetrical feature not a malformation?

I'm sure to them, you'd come across as presumptuous.
well, I guess not all people have killer good looks like you and I, and we have to consider their feelings. 😉

Ok well that's fine that is just my opinion. I think it's kind of sad that you can't be happy unless you have two jelly filled implants in your chest.

I think it's sad that you can't see, there's more depth to insecurity than that.

All people have insecurities. And I think it's sad that a person who goes to get plastic surgery can't see the depth in their own insecurity. They think that simply having bigger breasts will make them feel better but inadequacy is not some quick fix it takes time and emotional growth not thousands of dollars in plastic surgery. Again that's why people who have plastic surgery most of the time get into the habit. They never address what makes them feel like they are not good enough, instead they answer the question by trying to generate perfection while still being disappointed inside.

I'd rather they had plastic surgery than commit suicide, start self harming etc. In fact, I don't mind at all that they have plastic surgery.

Between 88 and 97 percent of cosmetic surgery patients are satisfied with their results and do not seek out more procedures.
