i think theo staller will tip the chinese and say jack bauer is still alive, and the chinese will go nuts. excellent episode, somewhat cleared out the radical twist at the end of last episode... i think christopher henderson's a great villain.. i hope he survives this season, because 24 needs someone like robocop.. to me he's the only one who has been close to jack's standards.. not even saunders did it for me.

I think they can still go a long way to describing Henderson's motives, though.

I mean before we had the Drazens, the Warners and Steven Saunders, the Salazars, and even the Araz family and Marwan...All of those villians had much more development than Robocop, Cummings and Logan.

I think-a-thunk-a-bunk-dunk that last episode was excellent. This whole season has been a lot more thought out than some of the people posting in this thread have given it credit for.

It's not the writers who have been lacking imagination, it's some of you people.

Uh...for someone who likes non-traditional style and writing...(and I assume that because you like Wes Anderson's work)...you are certainly willing to lap up whatever the writers have dished out this year.

Uh...I'm not expecting Jack Bauer to adopt some Indian twins, and then embark upon a quest to find a rabbit-faced tiger in the jungle of the Amazon any time soon.

Uh...the writing is fine. A suspension of belief in the absolute reality of it is required when we're dealing with a man who has saved his country from catastrophic disaster 5 times. Each time in 24 hours. Each hour culminating in a cliff-hanger. Each adventure raising the ante on the last.

I was hoping that sooner or later we would get the D.O.D. involved.

With the take over of CTU by Homeland Security, the obvious conspiracy of President Logan being involved ( which means that he in fact new the terrorists intentions on assinating the Russian President, and that is why he was so willing to give them the route to the airport ), and of course, now the hunt for Jack Bauer and Wayne Palmer! 😱

I like the fact that Erin has been given a much bigger role in this season. He has been lingering around, but this season he is much more involved in what is going on, like a Secret Serviceman should be. ✅

Though, as we cross our fingers and hope that this will all come out, and Logan will be uncovered as the mastermind behind off of this, do we really want the Vice President to take over the Presidency? I still don't fully trust him, especially since he was so willing to put L.A. under Martial law, and now that Beyirko ( sp?) has been captured, why haven't the lifted the Curfew?

I will be avidly watching on Monday, for this Season may not be as exciting as some of the previous ones, but it certainly has crossed new roads to keep us guessing.

was anyone aware that Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe) and sorry about the last name spelling it may be off, anyway she does standup comedy! If you have seen her recently on conan or leno you can see the standup personality in her. Just seems so strange to have chloe doin standup.

No. Logan intended the gas to go all the way to Russia. That much is obvious.

I think in the last few hours, this Season has gotten a new life.

Now with the the D.O.D. involved and Audrey being hurt....Robocop having the recording...Logan totally out of control !

Well, we are improving. I think in all the VP mis-direction, the writers missed the direction the show was taking and really detoured where it didn't need to go.

However, I don't buy the whole "You have my girlfriend, so I'll give you the ony evidence that proves the President is naughty to you with barely a hesitation." That was a bit much.

Plus, Secretary Heller's reaction was way overboard. That was just dumb, and totally out of his character in season four.

I want to know what the hell happened to Aaron, too. (Althought the 'affair' subplot between him and Mrs. Logan is a bit pathetic.)

Yeah, that Heller thing just made no sense... and the Audrey thing at the end was pretty lame.

Curtis just seems to have disappeared... and Bierko has been unconscious for a good few hours now. Well, at least they brought back Mike...

Still awaiting the return of Kim... I guarantee you she will have more to do in this season. And zombie Almeida... and lesbian assassin Mandy...

and hellar would have recorded his convo with the pres when he confessed secretly? the writers are making characters who should be very intelligetn very stupid just to try to drag out suspense and mystery.. its not working cause its just taking away from every character.

ya i am sure heller stopped by at bestbuy as soon as he heard about logan's involvement in the terrorist attacks so that he could get further proof that logan was involved.

Okay..I agree with with the fact the Heller acted totally out of Character. To hit Jack and then take the only evidence that implicates President Logan??? Jack should have taken the recording to the Washington Post and had Woodward and Bernstein publish it for what it truly was. 😂

Seeing as it was just Jack and Chris in that hanger, why wouldn't he have just fired his gun towards Henderson to keep him at bay while he rescused Audrey and then escaped in Jack Bauer fashion while dodging bullets ! ✅

Aaron is another story altogether. I am glad to see that he has a much bigger role this season, but the fact that he is now missing... to far fetched for me.

Logan has to go down, and go down hard ! If this series is to continue another season, I can't believe that they will keep him in office. Too bad we can't relect Palmer ! 🙁

Well the news was put out a few weeks ago Kiefer signed for three more seasons.

Either that's true, or a leak to prevent people from guessing he dies at the end of Day 5.

Signed on as what though? I'm sure he'd still produce even if he wasn't acting in it...

that would suck if they killed him off. can't imagine that, but you never know.

I don't know what kind of fan base this show would have if they killed of Jack at the end of this Season.

Who would be our next CTU Agent that saves the say??? Though, who is to say that CTU will even still be around now that Homeland has taken over control and absorbed it. 😕
