2. If a shot gun was pointee, to my head and I had Spidersense, well according to you guys, that means you know exactly where the bullet is going and warns you in the same amount of time. So yes i could dodge it.

I'm sure someone has already pointed this out to you or someone else...but as incredible and handy as that Spider sense is against most of Spidey's enemies, it would prove 10000% useless here. Precognition of only a second or two is not anywhere near the time needed to dodge Flash. Flash has superhuman reflexes as well. He's not a bullet. He can stop and change directions rather easily. As soon as Spidey begins to dodge (I'm even giving Spidey the benefit that he's able to move at all), Flash has already adjusted and layed Spiderman out flat. All in less than a picosecond. Even with his spider sense, Petey would get nowhere near Flash to hit him, and would have absolutely no way of avoiding him.

Tell that to the people, that keep saying it's only History PIS/CIS, so he can't really do it.

I know Flash wins to the max, but early warning System does not increase Spiderman's speed.
It's early warning so he could react before it happens, not that it speeds him up.
