Well that would be completely and utterly futile. As Spider-Man is evading the attack, he'll be moving at slow motion (if the Flash is slacking) or he'll be stone frozen (if he's moving at normal speed) to the Flash. The Flash can think, react, and act at faster than lightspeeds.

The Flash did his laundry.
The Flash made sure Impulse was still in school.
The Flash stopped a forest fire.
The Flash took a nap.
The Flash visited Barry's grave.

And then the Flash realized that he's forgotten all about Spider-Man and he races back to the fight. And Spider-Man is STILL in the same cockney postition he was before. Thus Flash decides to end this debacle by landing a dozen lightspeed attacks per picosecond.

Unlikely. Flash is faster than any sense the Spider's brain is capable of producing. While his brain is still sending an electrical impulse dictating the Spider-Sense, Flash has already hit him a hundred times over.

I think you made a mistake, and might of corrected .
So it's all about if Spider-Man, with spidey-sense, can react quicker than the Flash can whiz by and hit him. Must be something there, otherwise it's like they say, every fight in a Flash comic would last less than one page (or heavy on PIS or CIS! 😄 )
In the Marvel Universe Spidey wins for sure - no speedforce.

You are right in the Marvel U according to JLA/Avengers is no Speedforce, so Spidey wins 🙂 But in DCU Spidey loses.
