Ok, I am not sure if anyone already said this or not but QT did not make Pai Mei and he is NOT from Master of the Flying Guillotine, which for reason some people seem to think that.
He is from at least these two movies:

In fact I just got done watching Master of the Flying Guillotine w/ commentary.

They talk about Lo Leih getting in a fight with Jimmy or Jacky, but Lo Leih played Pai Mei in the olden days if I am not mistaken
