yes i agree wolverine will actually win since he can probly dodge like 1 or 3 blast and iv looked it up and well the most coomon optic blast scoot shoots only knocks someone back like a couple feet maybe 5 or 6 which wolverine would get up quickly from and slice scott and if i remember didnt wolverine mop the floor with scott in a fight in the ultimate universe but then again thats not 616
I say it's a 50/50 tie. If Scott can keep Logan at a distance, he can blast him and keep him at bay. Scott's blasts would surely knock him unconscious, and then Scott could just walk over and blast him in the face before he had time to heal, which wouldn't feel too good. However, if Wolverine gets close of course, he will be able to shred him to pieces if he so choosed. He's acrobatic enough to get away from some of the blasts, but with how skilled Sott is at wielding them, he'd only be able to get through sometimes.

the only way i see scotts blast koing wolverine is if he did a full powered blast and still wolvy would only be out for a minute and then he would keep on coming and start to tire out cyce but like i said ussually scoot doesnt just let lose and wolverine would be able to dodge like one balst then get hit get knocked back a couple feet then cxome lunging and kill scoot
