Both DD and Spiderman would know a thug is going to throw a punch before the punch is thrown.

Ofcourse Wolvie and Sabes have better senses than living animals. DD has better senses than animals as well. His are also better than Wolvies and Sabertooths save for smell. They may be equal in that department or DD may have a slight edge.
