Daredevil has been underrated long enough. He has at least as good dexterity as Spider-man and Spidy has that as his super power.
With his 6th sense he is a match for Spider-man. Spider-man is the easy kill. Kraven the Hunter went for it and lost, but someone like Daredevil would stick him like a pig.

your right, strength isn't everything.
spidey is also superior to DD in agility, speed, reaction time, reflexes,
durability (stronger and more elastic tendons, cartilage, musculature),
flexibility, coordination.
don't get me wrong, Daredevil is one baddass.
few in marvel can surpass or even match his fighting skills.
no one except Heimdall can match his senses.
spidey is just in a higher class. everything about him is superhuman.
true, DD did beat spidey once when spidey was totally enraged
and not fighting like himself. i had that book. but that was a fluke win.
Daredevil once "beat" the Hulk. same situation.
Hulk on a bad day. DD having one of those great days.

DD has been know to lift more then 800 lbs and hasnt ever really been punched by Spidey in a fair fight. That little prick couldnt touch him and they both admit their faults. Parker admits he never could touch DD and Matt admits if he could it would cause Spider-man a victory. But he never could so I guess nobody will ever know.
From most of the posts ive read here, people are just saying "Spiderman" and thats it... there is no real fact behind WHY they think he would win, so im going to emphasize some of there REAL strengths and weaknesses...
Since DareDevil seems to be the most under-rated on this thread, ill post his abilities FIRST...

With a rough estimate, some old info and after looking into a couple of my old comics on him... I can pretty much spell out some of his abilities, you guys are right...
Matt Murdock... ISNT too strong, or at least he plays that way... hes got just above normal human abilities... in other words... he "excercises" or at least in one of his comics it shows him hitting a punching bag... Eh?
But lets not let that stray us from his HERO SIDE! Daredevil, DUH...
So anyways, Daredevil is blind but he can see by a weird type of radar sense. Daredevil is up there with Batman in that he is a Olympic athlete and gymnast, notice his acrobats and crud, possessing bad ass agility, endurance, fighting ability and balance stuff. Daredevil's unique fighting style, WHICH I THINK, is a blend of ninjitsu I think judo and boxing, turns his use of his Billy Club, into a deadly weapon...
So in other words... damn... you guys are right, I just re-read what I wrote... hes pretty weak ass... all spidey would have to do is web up his feet... and hed use HIM as a punching bag...
Spidey wins this one... jeez... one punch from a class 10 strength... basically imagine a olympic athlete, getting hit by a truck going 80 miles an hour, right in the head... Thats what spiderman would do to Daredevils head with one punch.
