Daredevil has beaten symbiote Spider Man before. I dont know of Spidey knocking out Daredevil. Although I dont have every Spiderman or Daredevil comic. Scans would be nice. At least issue numbers and titles.

If DD indeed forfeited, that doesnt mean Spiderman beat him. He tried to find another way of beating him thus breaking the mind control.

I never said that he DIDNT fight with him. I said that Spiderman DIDNT beat him.
Spiderman was knocked out by Daredevil. Thats called a defeat.
Daredevil not being able to beat Spiderman in the case you reffer to, is NOT a defeat. Sounds like a stalemate to me. If he couldnt beat Spiderman and Spiderman couldnt beat him either.

No. In other words DD never plans a head of time. That is probably why his comic is so excitng. He jumps into a pit of bears to save a kid.

But he thinks in his head about what to do and follows through using his aeriel combat when needed which definetly is in this case and martial art skills. When Spidey takes it easy DD beats him. When spidey goes at a fair pace (a fight DD is accustomed to) he still wins.
However when Spidey is fighting hard, this means going all out to the best of his abilities DD really has to fight. Seriously his life would be on the line and thats more important then winning a silly fight. Spidey will be hopping around doing backflips trying to psiq DD out. He will also be grabbing him by the legs with his web and tossing the man without fear around. But Spidey doesnt really think too much...in fighting this is pretty important especially in boxing and in the army you are meant to be like a machine. But in martial arts you embrace both the body and the mind. Stick would probably come to DareDevil right when he thinks hes gonna die and convince him to fight it out. But maybe Spidey will run out of web and while he is resting DareDevil will grab him and thrown him into a wall and then off a building. THE END
