he is stronger
he is faster
he has better reflexes
he can dodge anything dd can throw at him
he has unlimited webbing (organic webbing)

you presented this hypothetical situation as to how you think DD will win so i will present my own. It is far shorter, simplier and (as far as I am concerned) more realistic.

daredevil goes to hit spidey, spidey dodges, spidey hits daredevil. DD is knocked unconcious by the ten ton punch.

plus the recent The Other : Evolve or die storyline will give Peter further upgrades, which he doesn't need to win this fight.

How is this even a debate...

Spidey is physically better in every single way(including intellect)and has web shooters and can cling to surfaces.The only advantage of Daredevil's is the radar sense but even if he did sense an attack Spidey is a lot faster anyway. Spidey wins this 100% of the time.

These 2 are both well capable of dodging eath others attacks as well as being able to hit one another. Now if we were being technical and saying that hey both fight at full potential, one hit should kill DD or severely injure him. Thats IF Spidey is able to tag him because technically, Daredevil should know Spideys movement before he fully extends his arm to even throw a punch or leg to throw a kick. So it works both ways. And the webbing shouldnt touch Daredevil either. Thats if were being technical.

well when dd throws a punch that's when the spidey sense kicks in and spidey dodges and kicks him in the face.DD aint fast enough to dodge all of spidey's attacks and when DD gets webbed its all over.Forum rules mean no cis on spidey's part so sorry but matt aint laying a finger on spidey.

If Spidey dodges DD's puch and then tries to kick him, DD just dodges the kick from Spidey. DD is indeed fast enough to dodge Spideys attacks. I dont know why you would think otherwise? If we're being technical in this fight, Spidey will never web DD up. And youre right, forum rules say no cis in fights, so that means Spidey aint laying a finger on DD either.

very true. when spiderman (with stronger symbiote suit!) was possesed, he wasn't holding back vs Daredevil. Daredevil was able to dodge all of spidey's punches and kicks and punched him like 50 times with his billy club to finally KO him.

it doesn't take a genius to work that one out.

Plus like Daredevil himself said, spidey is alot stronger and faster and DD can barely keep track of him. DD has to hit spidey numerous times to stand a chance of KOing him. its possible but very unlikely. Spidey has to hit DD once for a knockout. Its very likely.

Spiderman wins without PIS/CIS hindering him as always. He is, in every single way, superior to Daredevil.

Except maybe for legal know-how. I'll give that one to Matt. Oh, and Matt is better at being blind I guess. He's got that going for him. Don't get me wrong though, DD is awesome. He can take a lot of people, just not one that is superior to him in everyway. That's like taking a white-belt karate student and having him face off against Bruce Lee.
