The symbiote was out whoring around because it was looking for a compatible host--'cuz Eddie had cancer--the symbiote was somehow impregnated and was looking for a healthy new host that could provide the adrenaline it hungered for. You read that arc, right?
I can't remember what the epinephrine connection was--but I do know that the Vampire Killing Spree that Venom engaged in predated an issue for the arrest of Eddie Brock, as he and the symbiote were on the "outs" . The symbiote came back to Eddie only when it needed more adrenaline, but left him alone otherwise, much to Brock's lament. I'll have to read those again.
I gotta say...can we please stop opening Venom vs. Carnage threads? this forum has about 6 of them.
And Vin Diesel can't play either Carnage or Venom because he doesn't fit the part. He doesn't look like either of them...if he's lucky, he could be Venom with the costume on, but so could most any body builder. Eddie Brock better have that mullet.
Cletus Kasady should be played by none other than Jake Busey. He did a great job as a psycho in Frighteners, and he shares some similar characteristics. All they need to do is dye his hair red.
