Venom/ Brock has already been decided and was originally in SPider-Man 1. But was cut do to not pushing the story along.

but, sadly, Sam Raimi's films of Spider-Man will not feature Venom or Carnage.

I say using the Maximum Carnage game as a movie is stupid. The best for just a Carnage/Venom one is either Venom: Carnage Unleashed
or Venom v/s Carnage
but that would have to introduce Carnage's baby (name unknown to me yet)

What is with all of the spoiling of a good suspense/drama attempt? I mean just wait for the books to introduce all of that on their own, I hate people who spoil movies, the same goes for books, and novels. For all intent perposes, I will not click on that link you posted above. It's bad enough people have told us what the name is, now you have to show us what it looks like as well? Argh! Why? Why, can't you have the decency not to tell everyone, why not just pm it to the people that ask for it?

I don't like the look. It looks disjointed- it disrupts the human form. The one nice detail is the midsection, for me. More of that overall would give better cohesiveness to the design.
Perhaps basic is better in symbiotes.
I've never gotten used to Hybrid's look.

Gotta mension I hated the way they drew Felicia... she looked really wierd. However they make up for it with the symbiote art.

The look of Carnage in this series is quite visceral. I like the way they show his jaws forming. They have really taken time to work out just how the structure of Carnage's jaw relates to Cletus' face. Nice- I'm a sucker for incorporating the nitty-gritty into the fantastic, and anatomy into art.

Hey-that link, everyone also pulls up a sub-menu of next week's releases. Marvel Knights Spidey #5 is due out on the 11th, featuring art work by Frank Cho-- If you haven't seen his stuff, prepare to have your mind blown--the art alone in the upcoming "Venomous" series will make it worth the purchase, but the dialogue and more mature subject matter lends it some credibility among the older fans.

Im desperate to get these title's, the move has put a damper on my aquiring of them.

I have to get my shipping info changed.........I might just buy them now anyway, keep two titles.

Welcome back, VENOMfan !

Today I went to 2 separate comic shops, and I did get my Marvel nights Spidey #5, the one I had been waiting for, and I was a little disappointed. The last one was really good, and I had really hyped this one up for myself. I expect more from #6, for sure, but aside from Brock's look and attitude, to me, there was only one other bright spot to this book--the humorous change of the limo driver's sign on page 1 made the book worth the buy.
