Halo RPG

Raevynn is out of sight crouched behind a box full of extra ammo. She curses underbreath and takes in the situation. A normal human might not have been able to cope with the situation, but thanks to years of training in the spartan program, She is quick to react. Raevynn silently makes her way towards the captain, keeping out of the aleins sight. She makes her way behind him and his captor. Raevyn drops to her stomach and crawls up to the elite with the gun pointed towards him. In one swift movement Raevynn slams her elbow into the elites arm, making him fire into the air rather than the captain. At the same time she runs a sharp combat knife across his throat. She kicks over the dead alein, and leaps in front of the captain and holds him infront of her as the other aliens open fire. Raevynn bites her lip as plasma punches into her back. Her sheilds take the brunt of the attack, but not all. She waits till the firing dies down, then pulls the captain behind a corner and stands in front of him with her MA5B drawn and ready to shoot anything that comes for him. She hears fire as the marines start to fight the rest of the aleins

*Dennis begins shooting as more aliens run in. He picks up a plasma grenade, throws it up, and yells* RUN!!!!! *Dennis and the marines run, and when the plasma grenade hits the floor, the aliens stare at it, until.."BOOM!!!!" *The aliens scream and hit the floor*

while the marines distracted the covenant, She untied the captain, and led him through a ventalation pipe and into a deserted hallway. A marine trotted over to them.
"Sir, you're needed at the bridge ASAP"
Keyes turned to her"Thank you soldier. You have your orders."
"just doing my job, sir." She said, saluting him. He returned the salute, then dismissed her, and she made her way back towards the marines.

*More Aliens, mostly Grunts and Veterans came to deal with the marines. Dennis dodged a shot by crouching, picked up a rocket launcher, and fired at the big force of Aliens. The Aliens screamed in terror before their blood hit the walls*

*A Explosion from a door to the right side sends a Marine flying out.. He hits his back against the Wall and slides down slowly. A roar is heard and two hunters make their way out into the hallway. A bright light emits from one of their arms and a beam of light fires out disintegrating a marine. The marine who flew out the door slowly gets up and jumps onto the first hunters back, the hunter grabs him and throws him off into the wall again.. He looks up to see a pistol in a puddle of blood.. he grins and dives for it right before the beam of light reaches his spot. A deep breath is taken as he raises his arm and plants 6 shots into the hunters face... The other stares him down then receives a volley of fire as well.. The soldier stands up and walks over to the rest.. "You're pretty handy with that rocket launcher." He looks down at a burnt grunt body.. "First marines I've seen in hours.. we lost the entire squad holding that corridor and the one near the aft of the ship..." He sighs.. "We're trapped."

*Still breathing heavily* "I came from deck 13.... there is a Pelican bay there.. I am a pilot.. name is Lt spears.. " *He turns around to see a few grunts still running down the hallway screaming* "We better hurry, they will alert every elite hunter and jackel in this entire place.. If we can get a pelican gunship outta here, we may stand a chance.. come on!" *He turns and opens a door to a officers messhall*

*He looks at denis* "Nice to meet you.. lets go.." *The group moves quickly through the messhall avoiding fire from the elites and then heads towards a elevator shaft. Rapples are placed and the group propels downwards until seeing the deck 13 painted in green on the doors, the doors come open and a hall of fire enters the elevator shaft.. After the fire stops.. an elite comes and looks out through the door, confused.. It looks up right as a plasma grenade makes contact with his face, the elite screams and flails its arms frantically until it explodes.. the marines then jump into the passage and begin firing.* "come on.. come on!

*Seeing the huge group of elites and grunts heading their way from the hangar* "Damnit this is rediculous.." *He fires about 5 more shots from his pistol before hearing he click.. He panics and looks for ammo but doesn't find any. "Dennis! Keep pushing through here.. i'll meet you in the hangar.. " *He pulls out a panel from the wall and crawls into it.*

*He crawls through most of the Wiring and bulkheads that make up the frame of the ship, crossing numerous fan ducts and Artificial gravity emitters..* "Damn this ship is a mess" *Looking at a Power relay blown right in two* "I can't let them down... I gotta keep going.." *He kicks open a panel, seeing a sign on the door across from him.. =Deck 13 Hangar armory=. He smiles then walks into the armory grabbing a shot gun, sniper rifle and numerous AR's and loading them into the carts inside the room, he also grabs alot of ammo.. "This should do nicely.." *peering at the Rocket launcher and almost 50 rockets for it* "Dennis will have a.. blast..."

He Runs out of the room as fast as he can, two tethers strapped to the Cart full of ammo and weapons, he holds the straps over his shoulds and firmly in his hands as he runs wildly toward the hangar bay doors.. "almost there.. almost there!" *The doors slide open and sitting right there is a Pelican dropship, he runs right by it across the main floor of the bay and into a Pelican Gunship, the Cart slides into the back sideways as he dives into the cockpit and straps up.. The covenant realize something is terribly wrong..*

As dennis reaches the end of the corridor he would see more covenant rush through the bay doors seemingly in a panic.. elites and grunts alike.. After they are slain a single hunter stands there.. infront of him two 50cal Chainguns and two 120mm rocket pods and the Front mounted 80mm cannon are staring the beast down... Spiers waves to Dennis.. a smile is clearly visible. "I've got your Great journey right here.." muttering under his breath... *The finger slowly pulls back on the trigger and the barrels begin to spin faster and faster.. Finally a click is heard.. then a defening blare of sound is heard as the hunter is ripped in half by the two 50cal armor piercing chainguns... He swivels the dropship around with the rear facing Dennis.. "It's time to go dennis, get your men and lets blow this scene! theres no time!"

Raevynn seemed to fall from the ceiling, landing flat on her back in front of the marines as she kicked down the barred door of the ventalation pipe. The ships back up AI; Gautama; had given her crappy directions to meet up with the marines. They were fast, but dropping from the ceiling on her already bloodied back was something the young spartan was not fond of. Raevynn wanted to lay there in pain, but the sound of gun fire, and the marines shouting made her get up and push the feeling of pain aside. Her orders were to assist the marines for as long as she was needed, or untill there mission was over, and so far it looked like they still needed help. Raevyn readied her rifle. Suddenly, yet another set of orders made its way across her vision [ EVAC } GAutama showed the location of the nearest life boat on her HUD, they were right by it. She ran to its door and punched in the code to open them. She remebered the marines and yelled at them to get in.

*The dropship Flies back and fourth, hovering and firing its chainguns to ward off the incoming covenant through the other doors of the hangar, Marines from all over the ship rush onto the Dropships and a number of Scorpion tanks and Warthog LVR and Gauss are loaded.. Spiers along with now Two Pelican gunships defend the last corner of the ship from the oncoming covenant soldiers.. *

Most of the Dropships are heading toward a newly discovered planet.. some of the structures resemble Forerunner ruins on the "Halo"s discovered previously... An entire artificial planet though? Those secrets hopefully will be revealed..

There are 20 pelicans as of now on or enroute to the planet.. 6 of which are gunships.. The marine count is high.. as is the morale.. despite the loss of their ship..

An elite with a sword rushes into the room from the opposite side.Kiyoshi jumps down and nails it in the back of the head with his knife and takes the sword."Spartan 120 reporting,SIR!"He said saluting with the sword in his hand.

Raevynn braced herself against the wall of the life boat as the ship shuddered violently. The covenant were firing at them. A bloodied marine limped into the life boat. "Need a pilot?" He asked.
Raevynn nodded, and the marine took his seat at the front of the boat. They still werent ready to leave. There were still marines out there, and leaving with only two people in one boat was a stupid thing to do.

*Dennis stopped, letting all the marines go into the boat* GO! ALL OF YOU! I'L HOLD THEM OFF! *Dennis began firing, creating a distraction so the marines could escape*

Raevynn noticed that the boat was almost completly full ."Come on, get it!" she yelled over the sound of gun fire.
