She climbed to the top of a tall boulder, lugging the rocket along with her. She sat cross legged, and picked up her sniper. She looked through the scope at the horizon in the distance.

*Dennis shouted out a speech to the Marines* The Covenant will be here anytime! We gotta stay alert! Am I right Marines? *They replied* SIR YES SIR! *Dennis nodded slowly* Mhmm, Damn right I am..Now lets move! Double time!

Raevynn lowered the rifle, and rested it across her lap. She slowly closed her eyes and began to sleep sitting up

*Dennis walked over to Raevynn, and sat beside her, staring at the horizon as the sun set*

"You'd never imagine there was a war going on." she said to him without opening her eyes.

I know their out there..They'l never take Earth as long as I defend it..

She opened one eye and looked at him. "How sure can you be? They've already taken Reach, and i couldnt stop them."

*He placed his arms around his knees and placed his head between them* Look..I'm not going to let them take Earth like they took my family..

"I understand." she knew how he felt. Deep down he knew as well as she did that he could not possibly to anything alone to stop them from taking the planet. She had felt the same way for reach when the covenant arrived. She fought so hard; nearly to the death, just to try and stop them from taking the place she had known as a home for so many years. Not even that was enough

Yes..and on Halo..I dont think 343 Guilty Spark ever died..There still is a part left floating there..The Flood are still alive..

My dad was a spartan..The best their was in that time..When he recruited me, which I can't remember, I guess he knew one day I would follow in his footsteps..

Yeah..*Dennis smiled* He stopped the covenant everytime..and..it feels like Spartan-117 isn't telling me something important..I feel..related to him..but..enough about him..back to my dad..I just know one day..I'l find my brother..We were seperated at birth, and last news I heard was he became a Spartan..I jsut wanna find him..
