"Master Windu..." said Vlad slowly "The assasin or The Hostile... Has climbed the whole buildign up to the roof and there he began assasinating the security controls and comm links. Someone fixed the commlink thought I dont know who exactly.. After I heard the Hostile was on what floor I hurried to get him... I used my force to see in what Air Vent he was. I got into the Air Vent and followed him he started blasting me, I blocked the shots but I was slowing down while I did that fortunately it slowed him down too because he was blasting me, Jelena hurried to the Vent but the Hostile was almost ot the roof, Jelena didnt have time to get up on the roof on the other side. The hostile got on the roof and I scanned his mind... Master WIndu.. There was something strange in that mind... I cant describe it.. I never felt anything like it.. After that somehow he timed when too jump of the roof to get on to the service security car... I couldnt follow him because there were no more service security cars.. The thing that interrupts me is the strange feeling and how could he time the time of his falling"
"There are more concerns than that that I can see," says Windu. "This was a highly precise operation. The assassin, who at the very least had accomplices in his get away, knew the exact weaknesses in our security system. This whole event must have taken hours to arrange. It is true that our Jedi sesnes prevented a tragedy... but what is perhaps even more alarming is that the intruders managed to do so much without any of you sensing anything."
"The security room could only have been gassed and disabled AFTER the intruder entered," says Windu, "though the external security grid that should have prevented vehicles from coming near could have been disabled earlier.
It is, of course, good that you saved him, but if the Viceroy thinks we cannot protect him, the whole plan fails. The issue SHOULD have been decided by now, but this apparent delay in the hearing means that we have to carry this on for another day at least. Now the threat is most certainly real, we must also think about the parameters of the mission."
-
Ok... how?
Distract would be gorgeous. None of you have it? Shame. That's what it would be, Roan.

"Well," says Windu, "before we discuss how the mission will be organised from here, the Council has decided to assign more manpower to this case, in view of the growing threat and the importance of the mission; both are recently returned Jedi. The Jedi Knight Ithrorn, whom Master Gundark has worked with before, and Master Clarion."
Clarion? You didn't even know she was on Coruscant, Gundark. Clarion has... issues with the Council. She left on a 'sabbatical' a few years ago and spent a while on some distant moon named Endor, effectively taking her leave of the Council. And you remember the other reason you have heard of her- it's pertinent to the case. After the Trade Federation invasion, NAboo hired a number of security advisors to look over their defences. They wanted a Jedi, but they were all busy. But Clarion, who was refusing Council missions, came to Naboo, following up the rumours about Maul, and they ended up hiring her. She must have come for the trial- troublesome she may have been, she's a fully acknowledged Jedi Master and handy back-up at this point.
