You can attack three right now, Densk, but that many from now on could be tricky. A -1... is enough for a triple kill!

What does that mean

Alright i wont use Side step, if i get attacked by blaster fire have densk use Reflection defaultly, if it is a melee attack whic i doubt there will be any have him use what i said "reaction - combat push" them away. Im a noob so let me experiment whith things untill i get the jist of it. 😄

Apparently... 😛

That means that trying to kill three immediately next to you will be tough because they might be trying to get away from you...?

thnxs rex

Alright well a tough move eh, well go for it and the closest mook that wasn't killed from the first attack attack him again. 🤘

Hey Ush the times im on the computer your never on what times r u ussually on?

Crap, Because I Can't use speed till next sequence now...

The point is that unlike battle droids, these people don't stand in convenient bunched rows for you to close in and attack more than one at a time- they are trying to keep away from you, and hence they are scattered outwards. With 15 of them around, you might be able to find three next to each other to kill, and you did; but the less there are, the less likely there is to be a group to attack at once.

The Force power 'Flying Charge' allows you to move AND attack multiple targets.

You killed three men very quickly, Densk, which was quite an achievement! However, you will see the pirates have higher frame numbers than you now, so you will be on the defensive next, though Rusky still has a shot. I would say you will be facing four attacks, if you want to leave defences for them (or not, your choice; remember your character is always defending by default; giving me a specific defence means you want to make extra effort. Again, please ask the other players for tips.

I tend to be on mornings and evenings Greenwich Mean Time, btw.

Well, you have frames to spare right now, Roan...

Reflection, if its a melee attack "reaction - combat push" them away

Refelection is indeed a defence. I'll whack in that React-Push on one of the attackers as well. Thanks, and I'll just wait for the others.

BTW, do remember a simple 'dodge' is a defence, you don't always need to use Force moves.

Can I attack two at a time ?

"The last time somebody was assinated here..." answered Vlad.

My little Densk is learning fast! 😄

Xeth hacks down another man. Reflection for defense.

Yea I do...
Whats behind me,
I turn and go into the bridge.

So if use sidestep(when its my turn) for the rest of the sequence if i get hurt it wont be as much? so is it sorta like boosting up my defense temporally?

I'd do that at the START of a sequence, not at the end...

But yes, boosts defense.

koolio

OOC: Damnit guys!! Your fighting 🙁 I want to fight!! 😄~

"Well, you can only mean the dead PI who was killed outside here," the bartender says, and then shrugs. "But you already know THAT, I am sure."

Rusky, yes, though with CofC, attacking one at a time is more your thing. Still, you roll evens, and on these guys that is enough for a double kill.

And yes, the literal gameplay effect of Sidestep is that it acts as 'armour', though the in-game effect is that you are twisting out the way of attacks more.

Behind you before or after you turn,. Roan? Bad guys wherever, really.

You enter the bridge. A flash of danger alerts you, a little late. You remember, some while ago, your old Master berating you for failing to Sense when going around corners, not knowing what was there. You're getting that feeling now. The bridge is a large room with an upper walkway; the controls are mainly down below, though.

The pirates have built a barricade behind the door, with two field disruptor cannons assembled on it, covering the hole they saw being cut. As you can see, there are quite a few bad guys in there also. The grim pirate taskmasters, who lead their clanmates into battle, carry heavy repeater rifles, and are supermooks. Strine ias at the back, sitting on some sort of throne, with a grin on his face and a large blaster in his hand.

Uh-oh... the entrie barricade crew have clear shots on you immediately.

Xeth kills his man. Then a pirate and two turrets fire at him, and one of each at Sunda; he dodges both.

Afraid your reflectons only ping off the turret armour, Xeth- you couldn't quite seem to get it right.

Sunda takes a hit for 5.

Below, three attack Densk, and four Rusky. Both reflect! Densk scores a a kill, but actually takes a six damage hit. Rusky scores a kill in turn.

Dodges from Christof again; at the end of this sequence I shall rule him out.

Just worrying about the upper guys right now,

Darkness

The same cold darkness envelops you all around, Gundark. You are lost in it, enveloped in it, For a moment, you touch it... and then you remember where you felt it before- in your vision of the Mausoleum on Zeiton. This is the exact same black fog that engulfed you when the vision reached that point- a closed book to you that did not exist. But here, it is a hundred times worse, pulsing with the power of the living...

But now, shapes in the darkness. And lights. Odd...

"... was trying to fend off a dozen of them at once, which was hard enough whilst he was trying to balance on that pedestal."

A familiar voice?

"I yelled to him to get down from the damn thing but he wouldn't listen... I was tempted to chop it in half just to get him down from there, but I would never have heard the end of it. Anyway, in the end, the bloodbats trtied to carry him... oh, you're awake."

Your vision snaps into focus, Gundark. You are lying on a bed in the medical rooms at the Temple. The man sitting at your bedside is Grevor Scovione.

"About time too. Honestly, Kellan. Trying to protect THREE people at once from an Agrellan combat droid? Something was going to give somewhere. Just as well it was you, I suppose. The droids say you'll be fine now, thougn you will be weak for a while."

He sighs.

"You always had this habit of finding trouble, Kellan. I thought you might grow out of it but it never happened." He checks a clock on the wall. "Well, you've been out for about 12 hours. They're coming out the Courthouse again now. I am afraid Nebb has delayed things for yet another day."
