How could someone kill Hiei? He's got his Jagan eye number 1, his trusty katana number 2, and number 3 he's pretty damn fast and strong. It would take an equally strong person to bring Hiei down and I don't think there is one.

Hiei does not die. Shigure does not kill him. Your information is false. Hiei gets badly cut in the chest and sacrifices his own arm to injure Shigure. Both are ALMOST dead, however Mukuro heals both of them.

I've seen them all Hiei fights Mukuro in the tournament and loses...
Kurama fights someone and wins...
Yusuke fights Yomi and loses...
Yomi fights some orange dude and loses...
So all in all Kurama is the only one that wins when it matters..
And Kuwabara wasn't even thought of during the making of this saga...
