Hiei gets his jagan eye implanted by Shigure before he even meant Kurama. He gets it implanted to find his sister Yukina and to make sure she's safe.

They open his skin and put it in?....

i dont think they say how they put it in but u never know

they just say shigure implants it in after hearing his story and he's the only one that could do it since he operates with great precision.

hey kid, first off the only place i talk about anime is here. Second, I'm not gay and finally, I don't really like rap music.

The reason why it seems like i'm flaming on you is because this is one of my favorite animes and you keep coming in and saying your opinion about it's off-topic or it's dumb or pointless now. I'll defend this anime with any built up argument I can take.
