Fate

And that IS NOT FATE. It is choice and free will, which we need to take responsibility for.

You seem like a very angry person.

You are misreading me. I am not angry.

take this example. what would happen if people with PERCEIVED free will found out that all their actions were predestined. how would THEY cope with it. {basically, our conciousness IS part of the predetermined system of cause- affect and the only anomolous or confusing thing is US finding out that we have no free will }. this is basically what we are struggling with.

Now wouldn't that be a surprise. I've often wondered that, but with limited free will. If that is the case, then we shouldn't get so angry when things don't go our way, because it was predestined. Maybe by ourselves for a learning and growing experience.

forgot fate if i kill a guy thats not is fate that hes dead it was me that wanted to kill him yep

I don't believe in Fate..

But Luck, Luck is a girli do believe in.

Everyone really ony believes in Luck infact, they just get a little confused.

There are only varying degrees of luck, from obscenley bad to miraculously good.

imo

what are we supposed to DO with the idea of predetermination if we prove it to ourselves precisely is the question im asking. it wud simply say to us that we are not ourselves and are causally insignificant as entities and that this sumwhat depressing knowledge was predetermined to come to us to begin with as is our entire future. so what exactly do you DO with the idea that you cant "DO" anything to begin with?

FATE.

Is a rock thrown high into the air free? If it is you can say you're free, if it isn't ask yourself what the difference is.

There are consequences for actions. I don't think we should state that there is an absolute fate, since all things are in constant flux and flow. This being said, of course, by what we know here and now with some sciences, believes and experiences.

Fate is determined by ourselves...yet, and we do not know all the answers. There may be a predetermined experience set fourth.
