I am afraid the only way to find out stats of opponents is the hard way- e.g. you learn their strength when they hit you. Sinister rolls +2, which will be a miss, allowing you to attack back.
+3 is a kill for you, San... the last one fires back, but the shots ping off your cover.

Yes you can, Ares. Tyr's -4 is a miss. He'll take a standard dodge on your return fire... you roll a +3, which clips him for 4 damage.
Well, Burn, what this becomes now is a game of timing and cat and mouse tactics as you two hunt each other through the pillars, taking snap shots when opportunities arise. Eagle Eye means that these snap shots are at full accuracy- but no dodges will be allowed. The important point each time will be who fires first- which will be down to perception and speed, and any tactics you wish to apply...
